Art City Days Carnival

Well...our plan for this last trip to see our families was to make a stop at Lagoon with our good friends the Youngs and Coltrins...but Brent's shoulder Doctor said NO WAY...and me being preggo...it just wasn't worth the money to just go and ride the kiddie rides...but we happened to luck out because when we were visiting my family in Springville...it was their Art City Days...and they had a carnival. Imagine our luck...so the girls weren't so mad about missing Lagoon...this year anyway! We had a lot of fun even though it was packed full of people. But I think it was well worth it to have exhausted kids at the end of the day!

Madi looked like she was gonna throw-up the whole time she was on this ride...she didn't look like she liked it at all...but when she got off we asked her if she felt sick...she said she was just fine. Well, her 'just fine' face looked a lot like a 'I am gonna throw-up any minute' face!

I just love my little family
Brent got home from work today...light-duty...which is turning out to be not so light-duty! But he is happy to have something to do anyway. The girls missed him so much from being gone...Now remember he has been home with them every day for 2 months now. So they couldn't leave him alone when he got home. After we had dinner and some play time they all decided to lounge on the lawn..a definite picture worthy moment. Like I said...I just love my little family.

Triplets June '08

Well, we had plans to do some cute picts of the Triplets in their swim suits playing in water...but the weather didn't cooperate...so we tried earlier in the day with cute outfits and candy...but it wasn't until that night, when they were all bundled up, messed up hair, and jumping on the trampoline that we got our great photo op...they were having so much fun on the tramp they didn't even notice that I had the camera out! I think this is the first one we have had in a very long time that one of the kids weren't crying! Anyway, we will do swim suits next time...maybe!

Happy Fathers Day

I couldn't end the day without saying a little something about the three best Dads in the world.

And of course I have to start with the Daddy of my little girls. These girls look up to him like you wouldn't believe! He is such a great daddy to these girls! I am so thankful to have such a great guy. Happy Fathers Day baby!

I love my Dad. He is such a great guy and he has always been there when he was needed...even with 9 kids! My favorite things about my Dad have to be his overalls....suspenders and bow-tie! my Dad is so great! Happy Fathers Day Dad!!!
This guy is one in a million! Ever since I dumped my lemonade on him after our parents first met...he has been nothing but loving...with a little, I mean a lot, of teasing on the side!!! This guy has so much love to give. He is such a hard worker and I don't see him ever stopping, no matter how many times he threatens it! He is such a great Grandpa to our kiddos. Happy Fathers Day!

Utah Trip

We also had a lot of fun in Utah. A lot of playing with cousins and stuff. The girls kept themselves pretty busy! Here are some fun picts. I still have some carnival pictures to post...so I will get that done too.

Cassi was Grandma's little helper. She helped her plant some tulip bulbs and daffodil bulbs. She had a great time helping.
And I thought this was so cute. These gloves are my Grandma Beardalls gloves. My Grandma passed away last December and I knew she had little hands...but when I saw that Cassi fit into Grandmas old gloves...I miss those sweet hands.
It was a great trip...I still have picts to post of the carnival and the triplet picts...but I will get to those later.

Evanston Trip

We are home now from our trip to visit our families. We had a great time, but like always it is great to get back home!

I am going to have to spread our trip over a couple blogs...cause I took ALOT of pictures...shocked, I know....

This first post is from some of the fun stuff we did while in Evanston, and like always, I have a hard time choosing through the picts, so I just put all the ones I liked! Hope you like them too.

This is Elsie with her Bumpa...it was so cute to see these two. When Grandpa was in the room, Elsie made sure he was looking at her...and if he wasn't she would do anything to get his attention. And then he would look at her and give the biggest smile. They definitely have a sweet Little friendship. Grandpa kept asking if Grandma was jealous of his new girlfriend....so cute!

I wanted to post this picture cause the girls think it is so cool that Daddy was 'the little boy who lived down the lane' His parents live at the end of this lane...where I am standing...and the girls love to recite that poem and then say...that's Dad...the little boy who lived down the lane...

Then they got to help Uncle Dave, Aunt Cindy and Andy mow Grandmas lawn...with a riding mower...they thought that was great!

Secrets

Well, just so everyone is in on the secret who doesn't know yet...

I am not only getting fat...but it is cause I am preggo. So that is a good excuse to get fat, right? As good as any, at least!

I am about 14 weeks and things are going good so far. The girls are very excited. Brent and I weren't sure if we were going to have another one but after much talk and prayer we felt that if we were to leave Elsie as the baby, we would end up 'babying' her for her whole life. We felt that it would be good for her to have a younger sibling. We can't wait to find out what it is. As Brent said a few weeks ago "You know, I don't really care if it is a boy or girl, just as long as it has a penis!" Anyway, I just thought that was funny. Of course we would like a boy, but we do make some pretty cute girls too...so whatever...but we do know THIS WILL BE THE LAST ONE!!!!

For My Teachers

As a gift to Madi's teachers she wanted to paint them a picture...

For Mrs. Schmidt....she has been such a wonderful teacher to Madi and has been her biggest supporter in her school work. I am very grateful to her for making this year so great for Madi Bell...Madi wanted to paint a rose for her, isn't it beautiful?

Mrs. Cindy is the Teachers helper and she was a wonderful help this year also. Madi has always had such great teachers...I hope she will always connect with your teachers...Madi loves school!!! She wanted to paint a Daisy for Mrs. Cindy. The petals on this one are amazing...she did such a good job!
