Today we met up with the Miramontes kids and Scott kids (and moms) to explore the Museum of curiosity together!
It was a lot of fun.
So many things to do and see!
Port has been talking non-stop about the Museum of ancient life.....but it was quite expensive to take everyone there too.....
But we knew he wanted to so bad!!!!
Every time we drive by when we are in Utah he begs and begs!
And since we were right there....we wanted to get him in there!
It was about 1:00 when we finished up at the museum of curiosity, and needed lunch.
We made a plan that we would drop Brent and Porter off at the Ancient life museum, and the rest of us would get lunch and shop at IKEA.
Great compromise for all :)
Porter and Dad had so much fun and I am so happy that they were able to go.
Us girls had a fun time too though!
Besides the bad traffic because of a 5 car crash on the interstate......everything went pretty smooth.
Considering we had 12 kids under the age of 10!
Yes, we had Madi, Cassi, Emmy, Rachel, Mel and I......but still, 12 under 10 was A LOT!
And I think it was great!!!!!
We picked up the boys, then headed home to Em's in the rain.
We got everything packed up and headed to Wyoming.
There was a rain/snow mixture for the whole drive, but it wasn't too bad.
We got the usual KFC chicken dinner for Gramps and our family to have for dinner.
A super fun tradition that everyone looks forward too :)
We spent the evening chatting with Gramps, and winding down from the busy day.
We look forward to having some time here in Evanston....even though there is snow on the ground :(
