I have been wanting to find some kind of yoga thing to try with Elsie.
My friend, Laura, showed me these cards and they are SO GREAT!!!
The kids just love it!
It is fun to watch them try to do the positions...and they have so much fun.
I wish I had a picture of Elsie doing yoga...So is so darn cute...I am sure I will get one sometime.
Ayden and Cassi spent a good hour copying the different cards.
I think they got a pretty good little work-out.
It is called YOGA PRETZELS.
