Happy Birthday to my Dad

Happy Birthday to my Dad...
I always have such great memories of our big days being right next to each other!!!!
You are such a great Dad and so loving!
I am not copying my sister Stephanie...but my favorite memory is Dad rocking me when I was sick or scared, and I would listen to his breathing and try to match my breathing with his.
Such great memories of feeling so safe.
Thanks Dad for always being there...even those time you weren't sure why we needed you, just that we did.
I love you Dad!
This is one of my favorite pictures...
I remember Dad burshing my teeth...
I am not sure if I am crying or laughing...
Whatever it was, I did not have cavities until I had to brush on my own! He is a super great Grandpa too!
He loves little kids...that is for sure!

Also...
I think maybe I am ruining his kid for life.
He is so gosh darn spoiled.
I think that everything he does is hilarious...but really he is a naughty little guy!
He has started punching us...like real fist punching.
He gives the dirtiest looks to people at the grocery store.
He doesn't talk...he grunts.
Really.
He is a Mommas boy (but that is a secret, right!)
Anyway...I love him and everything about him.
But how do I make him nice?
Just look at those angel eyes...
You would let him get away with naughty-ness too, right???
Tips are accepted...

*I am Thankful to be a part of such a wonderful organization known as the Relief Society.
*I am Thankful to have such amazing woman in that organization. I mean, we have the cream of the crop. Funny, caring, devoted, fashionable, and beautiful inside and out. Thanks for being such great examples to me ladies!
*I am Thankful for this relaxing day spent with my hubby, who has caught whatever bug I had a few days ago. I am gonna go baby him now. Hope he gets better soon!

When you find something that works on Porter let me know. Owen drives me crazy and I could beat him most of the time but he can just come up and give me a hug or cuddle up on my lap and all is forgiven...I hope things change when his brother gets here!

Ryker's b-day is the day before my b-day. He was a special birthday present that year!!! And I am sure your dad feels the same about you! We miss and Love you all!!

Porter will make it out just fine. We saw similar things with our little guy having 2 older sisters. I used to let him get away with everything. We are both learning and it is very hard to punish them when it is naughty and cute at the same time! I have the hardest time doing that.
Its so not fair that each child does not come with a manual! Ha ha

You crack me up Kim! Porter does sound like a handful! :) You've created a monster! Just kidding! He might be a little rough sometimes, but isn't he a pretty loving kid, too? That is how it seemed last time we were together.

I love that picture of Dad brushing your teeth. At first I thought you were laughing, then I looked again, and now I am not sure, either. Dad is such a great dad and grandpa! I love those pictures with Porter and Elsie!
