Friday January 10

Today has been a day to never forget.
We have been struggling with sadness since the day after Christmas when we found out that Madi and Logan’s baby, Philip, wouldn’t have kidneys and couldn’t survive.
Well, today, they had adr appointment in Portland with a specialist.
AND THEY FOUND A KIDNEY!!!!
He has a left kidney!!!
He will live!!!!
It’s so hard to believe and it’s been quite a roller coaster!
It will still be a long road.
They will have appointments every two weeks until she is 28 weeks then they will have weekly appointments.
At 36 weeks, they will move to Portland and stay there for a week until they induce on April 14.
He will have to be on dialysis until he can get a kidney transplant.
But it’s just such a beautiful miracle and my heart is so full ❤️
We have been playing with Winnie all day as madi and Logan have been in Oregon.
That both is just the best.
She is so much fun.
We got some snow and should get sine more.
We are heading to mask this weekend for sines family celebration time 🥰
Such a beautiful day!
