We got some chores done this morning.
Laundry put away etc.
I got some more rails painted and dad started on my pantry doors!
I LOVE how they turned out!!!!!
Now I just need to get them painted :)
So that shouldn't take me much longer than 2 or 3 years to get done, ha ha ha ha!!!!!!
Port had a basketball game today.
They looked really good out there.
It makes me happy to watch him out there playing.
He is having so much fun!
After that, Dad and Port went to go help Justin with some cement cutting.
Port thought that was pretty cool to hang with the big boys :)
Us girls, well, we were going to go to the movies.
But Madi had to babysit at 5, so our window of time was narrowed....
We kept talking about things to do, but with every option, one of the girls wouldn't want to do that.
So Madi went and took pictures, Cassi made cupcakes, and Elsie played with Mater :)
Bummer.
Maybe next weekend we will do something fun as a family...........
A funny story about Cassi's cupcakes.
She wanted to double the recipe.
It called for 1 1/2 sticks of butter.
She doubled it.........but replaced the sticks with cups.
So we now had twice the amount of butter that she needed!
She got it all figured out and just ended up quadrupling the recipe :)
But it worked out because we had plenty to deliver to neighbors!!!!!!!
So Madi babysat tonight, and we had what Elsie lovingly calls 'Cow-burgers' for dinner tonight!
SO GOOD!!!!!!!!!!

It was such nice weather outside, we ate dinner on the deck!
Almost the middle of November and we are eating dinner outside in t-shirts!!!!!
Not sure I want the snow to come this year.........
