Tuesday May 22

The girls all finished up their paintings today.
They are all happy with how they turned out.
I will take pictures of them tomorrow, since it was pretty late when they finished.
And we still need to peel the letters off.
But it was a fun project and I hope the teachers love them.

*****
When I took Elsie to school today, we walked around to find her therapy teachers.
We were happy to find Miss Holly, Miss Marnie and Miss Tammy, but didn't find Miss Nancy.
We have loved these ladies and sure hope this isn't the last time we see them.

Miss Holly
She loves Elsie.
Miss Holly was so patient and loving, but also pushed Elsie to do better and try harder.
She was just perfect for Elsie.
She will be very missed.

Miss Marnie has been there from the very beginning.
Elsie has had so much fun with her.
We have been able to see her around outside the classroom a few times....so hopefully that will continue to happen.
And Miss Tammy is so great too.
Miss Tammy actually works at the big girls school as well, so hopefully she will still be there next year and Elsie will still get to see her and possibly still have speech with her.
That would be so great!
*****
Today Elsie's class had a teddy bear picnic.....that is why she is wearing her jammies.
She also got to take Pinkie Pie, her pink buffalo, with her to class.
She was happy about that.
So tomorrow is the big day.
Elsie's last day of school with her wonderful teachers and her sweet little friends.
I am excited about what lies ahead for Elsie Rose....but sad to leave all the ones who helped her to get where she is now!
Wish we could just take them all with us.
