Sunday October 9

It was a good Sunday. 

Loooong……it’s always extra long when dads at work and I have to entertain kiddos all day 😂😂

But I got fun videos and pictures of Winnie throughout the day, and that makes the day go better ☺️

Cass came over this evening with the kiddos she’s babysitting and they saw the animals…fed Garden stuff to the chickens, played pool, Uno attack, and made cookies. 

So that helped make the night go better/quicker. 

 

Saturday October 8

I feel like I was a little more productive today than I was yesterday. 

Worked on laundry after I got back from the gym. 

Picked some stuff out of the garden. 

I cleaned the kitchen and then for some reason, decided to paint some more in the gym 😂

It will be fun when it’s all put back together…

Elsie had Carly over for a few hours and port hung out with the boys…rotating between video games inside and throwing the football around outside. 

Winnie got to see her daddy today!

Logan came home and had to leave again tomorrow. 

But they had a fun time hanging out together. 

Counting down the days until I cuddle my winners!!!!

Oh, and port got a bunny!

A friend of mine at the gym needed to get rid of her bunny.

She remembered our bath burning down and missing the bunnies we had…. So she asked if port would want it. 

He’s as little lionhead bunny and port hasn’t picked a name yet. 

But he’s super tame and sweet. 

 

Friday October 7

I’m so excited to go visit madi and Winnie in a few days ❤️

Not much happened today. 

Dad went into work. 

Kiddos has a good day at school. 

Cass is nannying a family this weekend, and I needed to run a computer cord to her so she could work on homework. 

This evening, port and I got in the hot tub and that was fun. 

The highlight of my day. 

We just chatted and took it easy.

 

Thursday October 6

Okay, I decided that I’m gonna go up and visit Winnie and Madi next week 🥰

I’m very excited about that!

Logan has been gone on a work trip and I’m excited to get up and help Madi with whatever I can help with!

Plus, I just wanna play with Winnie!!!!

Dad and I did a little date night this evening, running to Costco and other errands ❤️

Cass came over for a little bit and she played the piano. 

I love hearing her play the piano. 

She’s nannying another family this weekend. 

We don’t get to see a lot of her. 

So I’m always very happy when she stops and hangs out for a bit!

 

Wednesday October 5

The kids had no school today. 

Teacher development or something like that. 

Elsie worked on her art homework. 

It turned out really cool. 

I put primer on a bunch of old canvases for one of the YW groups to use for an activity tonight. 

Elsie and I FaceTimed. 

I miss that like bug!!!

Miss madi too!

Dad and port went shooting today. 

Then ports YM group meet here tonight by the campfire. 

Dad was at the church and Elsie’s activity is going to a volleyball game tomorrow. 

 

Tuesday October 4

Winnie and Elsie are twinners today with their bandages!

Winnie feel and hit her eyebrow and Elsie’s bell and cut her knee and foot up on the ramps that are basically cheese graders!!!!

Ouch!

But they are both really brave and didn’t let it ruin their day. 

Winnie had a fun day at the park again and fell asleep in the stroller on the way home…again 😂

Elsie had aquability today and I was worried she wouldn’t go in the water…. 

BUT SHE DID!!!

Brave girlies!

I did grocery shopping today. 

Dad got the lawn mowed….. maybe the last time this year. 

The kiddos don’t have school tomorrow. 

Makes me a little irritated they didn’t put the day off on the weekend!!!!
