Monday May 14

I was really happy this morning.
Just looking around the place we get to live, yes, so much still to do, but I sure love our life here.
We are blessed to live in a beautiful city, with an awesome ward and amazing neighbors.
I am blessed to have found Brent who has provided such a wonderful life for our little family.
Again, far from perfect.....but I was just really struck today with how thankful I am.
So, that's the kind of thing you put in your journal, right :)
I got to have a fun day today.
After dropping the kids off at school, I worked out.
Then I went and visited one of my ministering ladies :)
That was a fun time, then we took a card for another because it is her birthday.
When I got home, I gathered up my stuff and went to Elsie's art smart.
At the last art smart class we had, I asked the kids what they would like to do for their very last art smart class ever?
They all voted for tye-dye.
I told them that tye-dye was messy.....but I would see what I could come up with.
Well, I found a fun way to do it with way less mess!
You use sharpies and rubbing alcohol!
It was super fun and the kids made some really fun shirts :)
It is a really great class!
I took Elsie early from school for PT.
Katie tried a new stretch/massage type thing on her core....we will see how that helps her out.
It really relaxed her and that was nice :)
Then we went to Costco on our way home.
Back at home Madi was hired to paint some mermaid faces at a little kids birthday party.
That was a lot of fun.
She also started mowing the lawn when she was done with that.
Cassi and Porter had a little Mule adventure...running out of gas on the canal road and then getting some from a neighbor :)
We all got to bed at a good time....so I hope we sleep good tonight.
I hope Dad gets some sleep.
He had a busy day out in the sun!
They had fun doing some rope rescue training.
