Port went with dad this morning to the fire station.....

And he looked awesome in the outfit he picked out :)

All the way down to his muck boots, he was dressed like Dad dresses on duty.

It was the sweetest thing!

A fun thing happened today too!!!!!

Dad finally moved the piano upstairs!!!!!!

I am so excited!

And you know what else is so exciting???

Cassi is teaching Elsie piano stuff :)

That makes me so happy and I think Elsie would love it so much!

Elsie is good at practicing the things that Cassi is teaching her and it is fun that Elsie is taking direction from her!!!!!

Yay!!!!!

And I love to hear Cassi practicing up here now, where we can really hear it!

Oh I just love piano music in my home and I love having piano players!!!!!

This evening we had a family night with some ice cream and popcorn and we watched Overboard :)

A favorite from when I was young!

It was a nice evening.

Just prior to the movie night....we actually ended up having a family 'meeting'.

There was a big blow up with the kids and then of course a big blow up with mom...

Anyway, we all needed to sit down and talk it out.

It was good :)

There was a cute part that Port wanted to tell us a story that Dad had told him earlier about how there are three kinds of people in the world.

There are sheep, that just go along doing what they do.

There are Wolves, that make things bad for those around them.

And then there are the sheep dogs, and they help guide sheep and help sheep.

And he was saying how we need to choose to be like a guard dog and help each other along so we can be safe and happy.
