We have been trying to get some early morning summer family workouts done!

This morning was our second one :) 

We do a circuit training kind of thing.

And we pair as partners.

Madi and Cassi, Dad and Porter, And Elsie and I.

I actually went for a long run this morning so I could be able to help Elsie out, but also get a good workout!

I got a good 7.25 run today!!!!!

I almost fell hard!

I went about 15 feet stumbling before I caught myself.

It was the weirdest feeling!

I had enough time to be thinking "How have I not fallen yet, this is going on forever!!!!"

But, I caught myself......but I am sure if there was anyone out there with video footage of it, I would probably be a YouTube sensation :)

I did, however, pull my right side butt and hamstring muscles :(

So all day I have been wondering if maybe falling would have been the better idea!

Scrapes and bruises are easier to heal!!!!!

Anyway....so our workout was fun.

Dad is the one who comes up with the circuits.

And everyone is a good sport!

Afterwards they played a little 'America's got Talent' on the tramp.....fun times :)

Then Cass and I got showered, because I needed to take her to an Ortho appt.

Sierra came over and had a playdate with Elsie while we were gone.

Poor Cass was scheduled for a 45 minute appt and it ended up taking over 2 hours!!!!

They had to expose and bond the one tooth that needed to be brought down.

They had already tried on that tooth, but it was too far up to get to.

So they tried again today at the same spot and found that it had moved, because he was seeing the root!

So they had to x-ray her again to find where it had moved to, 

Then the poor girl had to have ANOTHER hole burned in her gums!

She was a good sport about it all!

But she is sure feeling it tonight!

I took her home to try and give her a little bit to eat, what she could, then I took her to piano lessons.

Madi wanted her to come to the shack with her later one.

So I took Elsie with me, picked up Cassi, dropped her off with Madi, then Elsie and I went to Target to exchange some things for dad, and also get a couple new things.

One thing being a $3 ShopKins hat that Elsie just HAD to have!!!!!

While we were gone, Dad and Port went looking for some flat-proof tires for Port's bike.

They couldn't find what they needed, so Dad is in the process of trying to do it DIY :)

We will see how that goes tomorrow!

Port went and hung out with Koy and Titan this evening and the big girls went shopping together after Madi finished working.

Dad and I and Elsie took a rest and watched a little TV.

The Halls dropped Port off and we chatted with the Halls for a little bit before it was time to head to bed!

We have a fun surprise day planned tomorrow for Daddy....since he will be working on Father's day....

I hope he loves it!

 My pretty flowers......can't wait until they are huge and have lots of blooms!!!!

That will take a few years......but I can wait :)

I pulled a bunch of strawberries from our patch today!!!!

Yay!

They are tiny, but yummy!

And I think Port ate his weight in them!!!!!!
