Well, I won't lie.

We had a rough day today.

Lots of fighting.......

Never fun.

But we did get some chores done and we had some happiness when we decided to put the trees up.

The kids have one upstairs that Madi wrapped in lights.

And we have one downstairs, the 'nice' one.....with the 'nice' ornaments :)

Cassi wrapped most of that for me.

I may have won the white light battle with Dad......for this year at least.

I do love the colored lights, but a white lit tree is so magical to me!

So we will try it this year, and see how it goes :)

Dad and Port went and helped the Satterlee's with their move.

The girls decorated and watched Christmas movies.

I did some grocery shopping and then I met up with Jenni, cause the boys have been wanting to watch Star Wars, and she has the DVDs.

It was nice to sit and talk to her for a while.

I feel sad we don't get to talk all the time like we used to, but it makes me happy that when we do talk, it is like no time passed at all!

Dad got home a little before I did, and then we had dinner.

After dinner and cleanup everyone begged to watch Star Wars......

So we did.

That is why it is so late :(
