Yay, lesson is done!!!!!

I think it went well.

Both my girls said they liked it.

And the YW really liked the 'hand-out' I made them......

The title of the lesson was "The Spirit of Christmas"

And how it is really the Spirit of Christ.

And we talked about the gifts we can give Christ all year.

And how one of the gifts is to know him.

To seek him.

My little gift was a 25 days of Christmas thing.

Each day has a scripture and an ornament to go with it.

I cut out a tree, a 3D tree for them to stick the ornaments on each day.

It came with a quote that said "As we seek Christ, as we find him, as we follow him, we shall have the Christmas spirit not for one fleeting day each year, but as a companion always"  -Thomas S. Monson.

It turned out good.

So the reason it took so much time out of my life :).......I used Stacia's Silhouette cutter, which is so amazing!!!!

It just took time to wait for each one to cut/print.

Like a lot of time!

But I think (hope) it was worth it.

I am going to laminate ours so we can use it every year.

I am glad the lesson is done and over though....

Now on to all the other things I have been procrastinating on until the lesson was done :)
