Wednesday November 18

The whole morning, 3 hours, was spent setting up for the YW in Excellence tonight.

It shouldn't have taken so long....but we strung some white lights above the top, and they kept going out on us!

It was very maddening!

But we got it all set up and I came home for some lunch and a shower.

Then went to the school for Elsie's art smart.

Boy, I spent a lot of time at school this week!

I go in tomorrow too for the Thanksgiving parties, and Porter's birthday celebration!

That makes me going in every day this week.....good thing I like it there :)

Art smart was fun with Elsie.

I love her way of art.

I relly do.

And she loves art too....I wish she could have more time doing it!

So got home, Dad had gotten the bases fixed up good.

I plan to get them primed tomorrow and hopefully brought in the house!

Yay!!!!

I am super excited!

Then I went with Port to pick up his BookIt! pizza from Pizza Hut.

I just went ahead and got pizza for the family too for dinner.

After dinner, the girls and I got ready and we headed to the church for the YW in excellence.

It turned out to be a really fun night.

We wanted it to be a formal night.....I'm not sure who's idea it was, but we planned for all the leaders to wear old formals.

Well, mine ended up being the oldest!!!!!

I borrowed my dress from Bubble, she wore it at Roy's wedding MANY years ago!

It was definitely not flattering!

Maybe I looked a bit goofy, but it was really fun :)
