Saturday November 7 (add pictures)

Happy birthday Cass!!!!!

I can't believe she is 12 now!!!!!

We started the morning with the ward service project.

Most of us stayed at the church to rake the leaves.

Cass and Elsie stayed with me while Madi and Porter went with Dad to the Spauldings' house to cut wood etc.

It was a pretty brisk morning, but it was fun to work all together.

Then we came home and got to work on cleaning the house.

The kids got mad, but I already told Cassi that was what was gonna happen if she wanted her birthday party here!

I may be mean, but I told her all week to clean her room.....it's her choice she saved it for her birthday, right???  :)

Then we got all decorated for the birthday party.

It was a glow in the dark party with black lights, etc.

The kids started showing up after we had dinner.

We had some games planned and the first few went really well.

Then they all got so hyper!

Like crazy!

Then it was hard to get anything done!

Plus, it was a 4 hour party....probably about 2 hours too long!!!!!

I think the most fun was when we split them into teams and they had to make a dress on one of their team members with glow sticks.

So much fun and they did a really good job!

I have fun pictures, but my camera won't connect to the computer!!!!!

So I think the kids had fun, but I would have loved to be in bed by now ;)

I guess you are only 12 once, right?

We are so thankful to have Cassi in our family.

She is so many good things.

She is fun.

She is loving.

She is creative.

She is tender hearted.

Great with kids, talented, and a great friend to have on your side.

Love you sweet Cass.

Excited to see what this new year brings!
