Port woke up this morning ornery as all get out!
He kept complaining of his stomach saying he needed to stay home.
Last night I told him that they were going to be practicing for the primary program on Sunday and that he would get to stay in the chapel.
Then he got all worried and started asking a ton of questions.
How would I know where to find him?
Would I know what time to come and get him?
Would I have my cell phone with me?
Does my teacher know my number?
Do I know hers???
I mean, real panic.
So this morning I believed his tummy ache has more to do with anxiety then not feeling good.
Plus all the cake and ice cream last night didn't help either!
At about 9, trying to reassure him that it would all be okay, and him still saying he didn't feel good....I told him if he didn't feel good, maybe he should go lay in bed.
So he did.
Um....he slept for 2 hours!
(Is it bad to say that the morning getting ready went incredible smooth without that boy bothering his sisters!!!!!)
I think he was definitely sleep deprived from this weekend.....and not sleeping too well when he wasn't feeling good Friday.
He work up saying he felt better, and could go to church, but that he still had a tummy ache.
I told him it was okay, we would deal with that.
Cassi left early.
She had a meeting with the bishop and then choir practice.
During sacrament the bishop pulled her up and gave her her 'Faith in God' certificate.
Then she recited the 10th article of faith.
She is so good at being at that microphone :)
A natural!
Madi was so nervous about Cassi saying it wrong......ha ha....is she my kid or what!
But Cass rocked it.
During Sacrament, Porter went over the plan with me several times so that he knew that I knew where I was going to be getting him.
And then it all went smooth :)
He did just great.
Elsie on the other hand.........not so good.
I stayed for the first part, but then when I had to leave for YW, she would have none of that.
I will have to sit right by her for the program.
She is at the very front, and if I could snag a front row bench I would be golden :)
Anyway......
So it was Cass's first day in Beehives :)
She had so much fun and was surprisingly mellow......
I am sure that will change quickly ;)
After church, Katie (Elsie's PT) and her family came out to see the house and I also took a few pictures of their cute family!
It is so fun to see her family grow :)
We have seen her almost every week for the last 8 1/2 years, give and take some weeks.......
We sure love Katie and her boys!
It was fun to have them run around.
Port and Harrison had a lot of fun playing together.
I think we need some play dates in the future!
