We were surprised by dad this morning when he got a couple hours of vacation to go to Justin and Sherrie's baby blessing.
So he came home and we got ready for church.
We left at a good time so we could get a seat.
We were asked a lot if we were new to the ward :)
Justin gave a beautiful blessing for baby Everly.
Little Everly was born and diagnosed with Cystic Fibrosis.
Things have been hard and trying for them.....
And then to move here from Texas with a brand new baby, sick baby.
I am grateful to be someone they know close by.
And grateful that we could be there to witness that beautiful blessing and feel of the strong spirit around Everly.
Brent said that the feeling in the circle was so amazing, such a strong spirit.
That little girl is a blessing.
I am excited to be one of the people who gets to watch her grow.
The talks were really great too during sacrament meeting.
It was a great meeting.
We had to run home right after so Brent could get back to work.
I left Cassi at home with Elsie and Porter and Madi and I were able to make it to our YW.
And I am glad I did, because I really enjoyed Sis. Peterson's lesson.
She always gives such a great lessons!
After church we ran back to the Hall's house and were able to visit and eat for a little bit.
We headed home because Andy and Katie were on their way to our house.
They left Utah today and are stopping here overnight and heading home tomorrow.
I know they had a fun time....but I also know they are very ready to get home!
It was so fun to see Hannah and Millie again :)
Love those girlies!
As we were putting the kids to bed, the lights went out.
I guess that some transformers by the school blew up and caused the lights to go out.
There are still some people with lights out, but luckily ours was restored about 25 minutes after it went out.
