Wednesday January 14

I can't believe it has been 15 years!
That's a big one :)
We kind of celebrated today.......
But we will go out this weekend for sure.
Cassi made us pancakes for Breakfast..... and Madi made them heart shaped.
And the kids made a card for us and a drink to share, with two straws.
So sweet.
Then I took the kids to school, which went pretty smooth.
Port walked right into class.....hesitated, then I told him to take a deep breathe, and talked to him, then his friends came up.
Then, before he cried, I may have also told him he could go out to lunch with dad and me for our anniversary, and he was okay after that.
Hey, don't give me flack.....my sister gave me some info about helping with separation anxiety, and giving rewards is totally acceptable!!!!!!
Well, then I did some laundry.....and we decided to go look some more for vanities....
Drew came by and did a bunch of stuff for us today.
And Brent's friend, Pete, from the station came by too to help him.
We ran to Lowes before we picked Port up.
Got some lumber for Drew, and I found some vanities to use for the kids bathroom.
I didn't want to spend the $500+ for a double vanity that I wasn't sure about.
So I found some little single vanities that were only $59!
Score!
And I want to put shelving between to connect them.....
Oh just you wait.
It's gonna look great!
And super cheap!
Right up my ally!!!!!
Then we picked Porter up and went to Freddie's for lunch, and then over to RC willey where we found a cook-top that I like.
After that we came home and I did a little internet shopping and found an AWESOME double oven for a really great price that we will plan to get tomorrow.
Super excited about that!
Cassi and Elsie had activity days tonight, and they had a lot of fun.
When I dropped Elsie off, my friend Eva told me that her sister had made a dinner for us!
How sweet is that?
Her daughter is friends with Cassi.....but she doesn't even know us.
So that was nice not to have to worry about dinner, cause I hadn't even planned it :)
Then Madi and I had YW tonight where we planned activities for the year.
I was supposed to stay for another meeting after, but I had to skip out.
I needed to get the kids to bed at a good time, and Brent has had a huge headache all day, and I felt bad leaving him with the little ones....
Plus......it's our anniversary and I just want to be with him :)

He still looks at me like that :)
