Thursday February 6

It was a great day today :)

Dad went and helped his friend do some welding in his airplane hanger while porter and I went to the gym.

We all got home and showered and ate lunch.

Then after dad and I dropped Porter off at preschool, we had a Temple date together.

It is our goal this month to go once every week for February.

I was so excited to go today.

It was a beautiful time spent together.

We both enjoyed it and can't wait to go next week.

We plan to do sealings next week.....and I am super excited about that.

I love what we feel when we are there.

I felt the spirit so strongly while sitting there, looking over at my man, all dressed in white.

Makes me heart happy.

We actually were a little bit late to pick Porter up from preschool, but I had told his teacher that we might be, so it was fine.

It was only like 5 minutes anyway.

Got home and then the rush of the day started....

girls home, chores to get done, cleaning up house, picking Cass up from jump rope practice.

Sometimes it is hard on days like today.

You want so badly to keep the happy feeling and spirit with you when you leave the Temple.....but Satan will do anything to ruin that.

There were a few fights.....but things all ended good.

After dinner, Dad had a homework date night, as Elsie likes to call it.

It is hard for me to get her to do homework....especially after school when she is so worn out and tired....

But Dad, well he can get her to do anything :)

She loves these little dates with him.

Cass got in on the date too :)
