Wednesday June 6

Man, I thought Wednesdays would be less crazy with school out!

I was wrong!!!

Madi has been working a grave-yard shift job with her friend the last couple nights.....and she didn't get home until 4 this morning!

Cassi was up at 4:30 to go hike Table rock with her friends to see the sunrise.
The Hall kids came over for a bit while Sherrie taught her High Fitness class.

The boys worked on taking branches out from the 'tree of life' down by the canal to make into a fort :)

When Cass came home, she hung out with Ev.

Once they went home, and Port went with them, I made lunch for the girls.

Then I went for a 7 mile run.

In the middle of the day.

Without sunscreen :(

Bummer!

Actually, I'm not too red......but I definitely should have remembered the sunscreen!

I am just used to running in the morning.....I wasn't thinking!

I got home and did some laundry.

And I made some cookie dough to make cookies for YW.

Then Sherrie invited us to swim again.

We went for a bit....Elsie had activity days there too.

I left there early so I could come home and make dinner.

I made some dinner tonight for a family by us, who have been having a tough time.

The mom isn't very happy about having help, and the older daughter has a lot of responsibility on her shoulders.......

The daughter told me that dinner would be helpful, so I was happy to be able to help in some way.

Then we had YW.

We had girls camp prep.

Making our secret sister mailboxes, working on the camp flag, filling out secret sister forms, and practicing the camp dance.

I think we got some good progress on the stuff we needed to do :)

Dad had his elevator class again today.

He enjoyed it.

Now he has to go to work the next couple days.....I am not sure I am ready to handle the kiddos for 48 hours during the summer time without him just yet!!!!!
