We all slept in today :)
Well, the boys didn't, but they were out camping....so the girls got to sleep in.
I got the girls up and got them going on chores and then I left to go for my run.
I wanted to try a longer run today......I did 7 miles :)
It felt good, but I am not feeling as good tonight....ha ha ha....pretty sore!
While I was gone, the boys got home from their father/son campout.
I came home and Dad had cleaned out the trailer, and the kiddos cleaned up the house.
I was told to shower and be ready to go at 1:30.
They didn't tell me what we were gonna do until right before we left.
WE went and saw 'A wrinkle in time'.
It was a good show......I would like to see it again because there was A LOT of deeper meaning in a lot of stuff.
I also think that it might be helpful to have read the book, which I have not, to kind of have an idea of what the storyline is.
But it was a fun show to go to as a family.
Dad may or may not have slept through much of it......
Poor guy had to sleep with Porter last night, and he is NOT very easy to sleep with!
Head in your side, feet at your face, that kids constantly moves in his sleep!
So Dad was pretty sleepy!
When we got home we had a little bit of time to spare until we needed to leave to get to Elsie's baseball game.
The weather ended up being perfect, we were worried it would rain.
But it was so nice.
Elsie played great and had so much fun.
We drove two cars so that Madi could take the kids home and mom and Dad could get a date night :)
We tried a new place to eat, Rumbi.
Neither of us were impressed.
See why we stick to the same place when we go out!!!!!
We might be boring, but at least we know we will like it!!!!!
Oh well, at least we got to go out :)
He also took me to Target where I got to get a new dress.
