I went for a run outside this morning....got 5 miles done.

It sure was nice!

Dad went to the gym while I was running.

Then he took the girls phones to the store to get their batteries replaced.

While he did that, I got another tree and a half pruned.

Let's see....only about 8 more trees left to do!!!!!!

After school, Port got right to work with Dad on the tractor.

He started out behind him....ended up steering for Dad, and finally took over himself :)

They got the fields brush-harrowed.

I went with Elsie to PT.

She did awesome and worked hard.

They have this awesome circle swing.

Elsie did some great core stability exercise on them, then of course, had to do her own meditation pose :)

She's a goofball!

For FHE tonight we talked about starting our 'Family Economy'.

We have talked about it several times, but have yet to get it started.

But I think we have it figured out and we will give it a go this week.

It is a money system for the kids.......but they are not getting paid for doing the regular chores they need to get done.

The point is to give them the opportunity to learn how to manage their money.

I can't explain it very well, that is why it has taken me so long to get it started.

So, we will give it a try.

I am kind of excited about it though....and so are the kids.
