Sunday June 4

We had a different kind of Sunday today.
It was the Idaho Falls temple dedication.
Everyone baptized can attend.
So our whole family was able to be a part of it, which is cool.
When we were walking through the doors, having our recommends checked.....I would have sworn we were one of the first ones to arrive.
There was no noise!
Then when we walked in and saw the chapel FULL......it was pretty crazy!
Never have I experience that kind of reverence....except in the temple.
Which is perfect, because for today, the church building was an extension of the temple for the dedication services.
Pretty cool!
I am not gonna say my kids were perfect.......but it went better than normal, I think.
I tried very hard not to be frustrated..... :)
We got home and saw Vern going for a walk with Max.
She is looking really good!
We came home and ate and then I left again for a last girls camp meeting!
I can't believe it is almost camp time!!!!
I am excited!
It will be a great year!!!!!
It was a kind of long meeting because we had to go over and make sure everything was figured out!
I got home and Dad started cooking some yummy honey/lime/garlic chicken!
So good!
I made some rice pilaf and cooked carrots :)
We had a crazy wind come through!!!!!
Our flag pole holder broke :(
We also have one of our trees get knocked sideways!
It has been being watered the last few days....so the ground was really wet, and the wind just tipped it sideways :(
I hope we can save it!!!!!!!!
