After I dropped the kids off at school, I met at the church with all the YW leaders.
Tonight was our New Beginnings, so we had to get things set up.
Our Theme was "The Scriptures are Sweet".
And it was everything candy and sugar :)
We had fun decorating, and maybe went a bit overboard!
We had Banana Sundaes as the dessert with the toppings being each color from the YW values.
I think it was a big hit :)
But the most fun, I thought, was that us leaders dressed up in all the value colors as well!
It was a fun night :)
After setting up, dad and I went and bought a new microwave, cause ours broke.
Of course.
He got that installed.
And while I was away at new beginnings, he got started on finishing the island top!
Yay!!!!!
I think that is what we will work on tomorrow, get that finished up!!!!
