I took Cassi to the concussion clinic this morning.

Doc says to just take it easy.

That it isn't uncommon for this to happen with a concussion.

He said her brain was tossed around, of course it is gonna feel 'off' sometimes.

He said that astronauts do testing to see if they can handle being tossed around.....and some people can't handle it and it throws off their equilibrium.

Kind of the same thing, I guess :)

Cassi was actually feeling pretty good today, so that is good.

I took her back to school after the appointment.

But when she got home, she did say that it was a hard day :(

I wish school was already over, then we wouldn't have to worry about her missing so much school!

On the way home from the doc, Cassi spotted her initials (Cassidy Leath Matthews).

And even better it was on an old Boise firehouse......it's no longer a firehouse.....

But still cool :)

When I got home, I finished up the floors in the bathroom.

It looks good.

Really good!

Now I need to get it sanded down good and get the stain and top cats on.....then it can get a toilet!

No big deal ;)

When I got done with that I had enough time to throw some laundry in and then run and get Madi from school for her PT appointment.

Went to PT.

She did good.

Did much harder things today.

I think she will be sore tomorrow!!!

Bubbles and Eldon brought us over a dessert....yummy strawberry rhubarb pie :)

They spoil us!

And the White's brought us dinner tonight!

So sweet.

And on the perfect night.....cause I didn't have a second to really think about making dinner!

We talked with them for a little while.

It was a nice visit.

Then after dinner, the little ones and I went to the school for the Book Fair.

The kids picked out a book each and used their piggy bank money.

Port even lugged his bank with him, a.k.a. swiss miss can.

Then we watched a little bit of TV with dad to wind down before bedtime :)

Dad had a much better day today.

He was up and about, which is really good.

Cause it has been a rough last few days :(

Now I am off to put the last coat on the stairs!!!!!
