Another nice and beautiful day!

Dad and I took a little break from house stuff, and went to listen to Cassi present her PACE report for the parents.

And we also had a chance to vote.

Then I had to do some running around while Dad continued fixing up lights.

I think he is done!

He also had to do some running around, picking up kiddos from school and jump rope practice while I 

took Madi to the dentist.

Then she and I went to RC Willey to look at carpet samples.

We also had someone from Lowes come out to give us a flooring quote.

Hopefully we can pick someone soon and get things going!!!

After everyone got home we decided to have a picnic dinner outside on the lawn.

At dinner, Elsie suggested we go around and say what our favorite part of the day was :)

It was the cutest thing, made me smile big!

Then Dad and the boy finished up burning the ditches.

Port's big job was to protect the bridge and protect the barn.

He is a good little fireman :)

Then the little ones finished up their homework while playing on the trampoline.

One of Port's homework sheets included drawing his house......he did a pretty great job!

It wasn't a fight-less night....but it was a pretty good one :)
