Friday March 20

We spent all day getting stuff ready for the people to come and carpet.

We had to get the, I don't know what it is called, but it would be the bottom part of the railing.

We needed to get that installed so that they could carpet up to it.

I think it turned out pretty good.

You can see it along the top edge in the picture.

Getting closer everyday!!!!

So, like I said, we got all ready because our plan was to head out to see our families tomorrow.

WELLLLL.......

Our plans changed :(

Madi Bell had to be picked up from school today AGAIN!

This time because she was COVERED in hives :(

She was an unhappy girl.

After her being miserable, and us trying to decide what to do, Dad took her back to the doc.

And we decided to post-pone our trip for later in the week.

We will still go, and it will be the same length of trip......but we will give Madi a few days on the antibiotics and HOPE that it finally goes away.

So that's the plan

BUT.....

It also worked out well.

Cause now we will be here when they do the carpet.

And our doors and my cook-top are going to be delivered tomorrow morning.

So, that's exciting!

So I think it will all work out for the better for everyone.

While dad was gone with Madi to the doc, the other kiddos had fun playing with chalk on this beautiful first day of spring :)

Yay for good weather!

Dad came home with Annie from Redbox, and we all had a late night watching it.

Let's hope they all sleep in tomorrow....

And hope that Lowes drops off closer to the noon time-slot instead of the 9 a.m. one :)
