We got the heater (That we borrowed from Drew's friend) started up this morning upstairs so that when Dave and Cindy got here, we would be a little warm and ready to go.

They got here before school and the kids went up to visit once they were ready, or almost ready for school.

I wasn't even gonna comb Port's hair today, because it was SNOWING!

First snow.

Anyway....I knew he would be wearing his hat all day.

Why comb it???

I was getting Elsie's lunch ready when he came downstairs and it looked like he had sawdust all over his head.

So I started to wipe it off......

Well, it wasn't sawdust.

He had singed his hair!!!!!!!!!!

I couldn't be believe it!

I am so thankful he didn't get burned!

Anyway....we left it :)

I didn't have time to do anything to fix it before they needed to get to school.

And I just rubbed off the singed part.

It's all good :)

Once the kids were gone to school, we got to work with Dave and Cindy with getting electrical done.

It was fun learning the ins and outs.

I really do enjoy really learning all these new tings.

I know I forget what I learn usually.....but it is pretty cool learning them while I am doing it :)

We got a lot done.

It is so exciting!

Still lots to do.......

But Dave got the panel box thing put in, so now whatever we don't get done while they are here, I know Brent (and I) can get it done.

But it sure would be great to get lots done while they are here!

They are so great to come and help wire the house.

Dave is one busy man.

He is the Stake President there in Wyoming, and he already had to take care of a bunch of stuff today while being away.

We are so very grateful that they took the time to come out here for us.

Like eternally grateful!!!!!

So it snowed all day.

I still can't believe it snowed this early in the year!

The kids are all praying for a snow day tomorrow.

I kinda am too, only because I am too tired to get them ready for school :)

Man....I am exhausted today!

It was a hard working day :)

After working on the house this evening, we all went to eat at Dickeys.

It was a fun night all together.
