Sunday October 12

It was a nice Sunday today.

Church was great.

After church we had a yummy crock pot chicken noodle soup dinner.

Then Jenni and her family came and I took some family pictures for them because it was a beautiful day outside with some pretty great clouds :)

The kids hung out and played with bunnies for a little while.

Later in the evening, I remembered that Porter was supposed to come up with a family fire escape plan for school tomorrow.

So we got together and made our family plan up.....then ran through a practice run.

I would have taken a picture of us out there at our meeting spot.....but you aren't supposed to take anything with you out of a fire.

A big no-no!

Also.....Elsie has become a ballerina.

It's what she talks about every day.

She loves dancing and has makes up her own dances.

I think it would be so good for her.

But I also don't think that she would be as willing to dance in a group dance class kind of thing.

But I would love for her to have the experience.

See what she has.

It would also be a great thing to push her harder, physically, then she is able to do now.

I would love to find someone who would be willing to spend some one on one time with her and teach her some things.

I showed her the first 4 positions.....

Her poor little legs just don't move in those directions........yet.....

But I think she can.

I think it could be a very cool thing for her.

Anyway.....we will see how it goes.

But for now, she is going to be a ballerina for Halloween for sure!

I just need to find a way to make her super warm dressed as a ballerina!

 

 

This is the furthest we could get the toes pointed out, and the closest the heels would go together.

But this is better than it was 2 days ago when we first tried it.

She's a rock star!
