Saturday October 11

Today went by really fast.

It was a slow going morning......

Then I left about 10:30 to go and take some pictures.

After the pictures, I went grocery shopping.

The kids were good.

They got all the things done I asked them to do while I was gone.

Dad fixed the mower yesterday, so when I got home from grocery shopping, I started mowing the lawn.

The kids played outside while I did that.

It was a really nice day.

I didn't get the whole thing mowed.

I got something wrapped around the blade.....and I started to get it out, but then realized we needed to go and get ready for our friend Aniston's baptism.

We got all dressed up nice and went to the stake center.

When we got there, there was a Boise Fire truck there putting a fire out in some kind of veggie truck.

Not sure what happened.

I saw one of Brent's buddies and waved to him.

As we went in to the church, we saw one of Aniston's family members drive over the fire hose, and the cops came and gave him a ticket.

SOOOOOOOO glad I didn't do that!!!!

We passed the first entrance, and went to the second....

This guy went in the first, which is where the fire hose was stretched.

Whoops.

I would like to think I would know not to do it!

I would have been mortified if I was the one to drive over the hose and get a ticket and embarrass my Fireman!

So thank goodness I didn't do it :)

Well, then we came home and I made dinner before Madi left with her friend Natalie.

They went to the Corn Maze.....but then ended up leaving because a storm rolled in.

So they went and watched a movie at Natalie's house.

She should be home soon.

Here at home, the kids played with Lego's :)

Elsie never plays with Lego's.....and it was funny, Port kept eyeing every piece she was picking up.

Making sure it wasn't a piece he was 'Gonna use'.
