Tueday June 17

I dropped the compactor by this morning with Port.

Then Joanne came over for some speech with Elsie.

Then the kiddos had fun and took some 'illusion' pictures.

They are pretty fun.

That kept them busy for a while this morning.

After that Madi left with her friends to hang out with for a few hours.

They went to the thrift store and had fun trying stuff on.

Silly girls :)

Cassi was supposed to have a friend over, but she was actually really not very good this morning and fought me on everything, and I kept warning her that she couldn't have her friend over, and nothing fixed it.

So I made her call and cancel.

Hope she will learn from that.....

About lunch time the foundation guys came to start putting the forms in.

And they poured the footing cement before they left.

The kiddos thought it was pretty cool to watch.

The cement guy let Port jump up in the truck and pull the horn.

He thought that it was pretty cool.

He is bundled in a blanket because he just got out of the bath and was wet and just in his underwear, and it was pretty chilly outside in the wind today.....

So he went bundled in the blanket :)

I worked on the sewing/craft room today.

It is a mess in there.

It is basically our junk drawer in room form :(

I threw away about 3 garbage bags full of stuff I don't want anymore.....

And it still doesn't seem like I touched the room.

It will be nice to go through everything.

And I do plan to keep throwing away!

Anyway......

Before bedtime, we went out and put the kids hand prints in the cement :)

Hope I don't get in trouble for it from the cement guys.......
