Sunday June 8

We woke up this morning to our closet/room being flooded with water.

I guess yesterday, Cassi and Porter tried to fill their balloons in with the faucet up front.

The one that is connected to a timer :)

So at about 4:00 this morning it turned on, with no hose attached and ran for a couple hours.

So when we got up at about 7:30, it was a pretty big mess!

Brent got the shop vac and we got it all cleaned up.

Not the best way to wake up..... :)

The rest of the day went good.

Madi spoke in church today.

Before church she asked her dad for a Fathers blessing.

It was beautiful and just what she needed.

She sounded amazing.

She was articulate, her content was awesome, she had great eye contact with the congregation.

She spoke about scripture study and different ways you can do it.

She did every bit of it on her own with no help finding any info.

I was very impressed.

Everyone was very impressed with her.

We got compliments all during church with how well she did.

Oh, and how beautiful she is :)

A member of our stake presidency was there today.

He came in to primary after sacrament to hang with us in there.

He turned to me and said "Your sister did a great job on her talk." And smiled.

He knew she was my daughter.

It was funny :)

Anyway, the rest of the day went good.

Just relaxing with each other as a family.

Madi and Cassi spent some good quality time together.....

Madi putting a braid/string thing into Cassi's hair.

They were up too late, but how can I break it up if they are getting along??????
