We got in late last night.
Cassi was up every hour during the night not being able to sleep.
I finally got her to go out on the couch at about 4:30 and watch TV so I could get some sleep.
She ended up falling asleep on the couch.
Port was up at 7, and I convinced him to play downstairs with his Legos while I got a little more sleep.
Finally around 8, we were all pretty much up for the day.
Madi had her Iron Man fund raiser today.
It is their girls camp fund raiser.
They go and hand water out to the people.
Guess who Madi gave water to??????
APOLLO ANTON OHNO (sp?)
Ya...pretty cool, right???
She was gone from 11-5.
Dad worked on his tractor and cleaned out the car.
I did many many loads of laundry, and still have a ton more to do.
Mostly just the blankets we took with us camping.
So I am getting close to being done :)
Porter, Cassi and Elsie played school all morning.
I hope they do a lot of that this summer.
It was fun for them.
Later on, Elsie knocked a tooth lose by biting a lid off a marker, and cried hard for a good 10 minutes.
While that was happening Cassi and Port went and helped dad to wash the car.
Elsie calmed down and watched Ella Enchanted while I jumped in the shower.
Then I got Elsie in the bath and we headed to the church for another little friends baptism.
She was pretty excited about that :)
Once we got out, Madi was waiting at the church for us, because she was just dropped off from the iron man.
So that worked out perfect.
I came home and got changed and then Dad and I went out for a little date night.
One of our ward friends had a little concert and fund raiser for his old mission companion who is trying to raise money to get himself into a recording studio.
It was a great concert and he did really good.
His name is J. Michael Bailey.
I felt bad, we didn't know that it was a family deal, so we left the kids at home.
We thought about going back and getting them, but they were all too tired anyway.
It was kinda nice to have a little date night anyway :)
Our friend had a raffle drawing for a pistol and a shotgun.
(He sells fire arms...so all legit and legal.)
Both really awesome guns that Brent wanted really bad!
Well, guess who won the shotgun????????
It is a Mossberg 12 gage shotgun with two barrels.
One for hunting and one for home defense.
(I had to get that info from the man :)
Not too shabby!
Or in his words "Really freaking cool!"
Or in his words "Really freaking cool!"
Lots of pictures from the cabins soon to come!

Wow, what a busy busy day!
That's too cool that Madi handed water to Apolo Ohno! And that you guys saw J Michael Bailey - I saw him perform in Les Mis in the Shakespeare Festival last year!
Sorry about Elsie's tooth - I hope it was one that would be falling out anyway and not a permanent one....
Congrats on the win Brent!!
