I ran 8 miles this morning.

It felt good to get that :)

Not sure how I will feel about it tomorrow.....

A hawk dove towards me a few weeks ago.

She was also chasing birds, and I thought maybe she thought I was a bird too.

But today she dove at me again, and then turned around and I saw her and ducked....

If I hadn't ducked, she would have gotten me...

Not sure what she would have done, but pretty sure it would hurt me.

I am wondering if she must have a nest of babies there....

I am gonna have to stay clear of that area I guess.

I got home and showered then headed out to visit a little girl in the ward getting baptized soon.

Dad made a run to Victory Greens for some sod.

We needed to put something around the pool so wouldn't keep getting mud in the pool.

I think it looks nice to have the green around it.

It didn't cover the full round pen area, but it covered enough.

We also dug the holes for posts to finish up the fence.

Man this fence is taking forever.

But it is progressing.....

Actually, I say WE, but really Dad did it all.

But I was around to keep him company :)

The girls played with the Morgan girls pretty much all day, and we had Canon over to play with Porter.

They played for hours with no problem.

It was so great!

Finally I put Port down for a nap around 3:30...cause he was teasing Elsie.

hen I took Canon home and picked up the big girls.

Came home and had dinner.

After dinner we had our FHE activity in the pool :)

And then after showers and baths we read through "The Family: A Proclamation to the World".

And then talked about what it means.

And then they headed to bed.

Well, except for Porter who is sitting here with his Dad even now.

Those boys sure are cute together.
