Little Elf brought the kids a rocket today.

Usually the little elf doesn't bring such extravagant gifts.....

But Dad helped the Little Elf with this one.

And Dad wanted to play with it before Christmas time....so he gave it to the Little Elf to give to the kiddos :)

So after church the kiddos ran out to let it off.

Elsie wasn't interested in going outside into the snowflakes that just started to fall.

So she hung out inside.

They made the rocket go pretty far.

And it was always a race to see who could catch the parachute :)

That is why Cassi is running for a head start, before the rocket has even launched int he pictures...silly girl.

We got to have dinner with the Young's tonight.

It was nice to hang out and let the kids play for a little bit.

This time of year it is hard to find time when we can hang out.

After that we went and looked at fun Christmas lights.

We stopped by that place that has 8 or so houses all synced up together.

It is always a big hit with the kids.

And we found a few other fun places....looking at Christmas lights was our 12 days activity tonight.

On the way home, we dropped off our 12 days of Nativity.

Now the kiddos are all sleeping.....

And now we big kids need to get in bed.

I can't believe it is just a little over a week until Christmas.

Still a ton to do....but no stressing here :)
