Wednesday October 17

Heather and I made plans to go through the Boise Temple open house together with our families.
Today was the day.
It was a really neat experience.
The girls were very excited about going inside and seeing what it is all about.
Port was mostly excited that we were gonna go out to eat afterwards.
I really enjoyed being able to walk through with our little family.
I loved being able to point out little beautiful details to the big girls.....
And all the pretty sparkly stuff to Elsie.
Porter was kept pretty interested too (interested for him :)
No, he was a good boy.
It's just hard when you can't run around.
He was a little bummed that we threw away his shoe cover slipper things.
When Brent got rid of them Port said, 'ahhh, we don't get to take those home?'
Silly boy.
He also asked dad who Angel Moroni was looking at.
Brent asked what he was talking about....
He asked what he was looking at with his telescope....a.k.a trumpet :)
Love that kid!
I am glad we got to go with the Young's too.
It was fun to see Kara and Madi walking around together talking about different things and pointing out different stuff to each other.
Those girls are growing up so quickly!
They both said how they are excited to do baptisms for the dead when they turn 12.
It was a beautiful evening.
