Cassi has been sitting at the computer for the last few hours.

We found a place where she can type in notes and it will play it back for her.

Cass is writing a song.

A week or so ago she asked me what I thought she should write a song about.

I told her that the good songs always have good message.

Makes you want to be better.

She and I sat down and wrote a song......well, words to a song.

I wasn't sure how she would put it to music.

I have no idea how to read notes or play anything.
So I wasn't much help to her :)

She has the chorus music written and is still working on the rest of the song.

She is so very excited about being able to do this.

I hope to be able to share her singing and playing her song in the near future!!!

This morning, after dropping off the big girls at school, Port, Elsie and I headed to Heathers house.

Heather had a fun little craft for us....Pat was there too, so it was a fun little craft get together.

Heather cuts vinyl, and she had these fun Valentines decorations for us to do.

It will be fun to have some cute stuff around the house for holidays :)

Plus, it was a much needed get-away for me.

Even Elsie Rose got to make her own.

Heather cut out Elsie's name for one side and 'Be my valentine' on the other.

Elsie painted it white by herself....and Pat helped her modge podge the paper on.

She was so very proud of her little craft.
