Wednesday June 8

We finally made it.

The first half of the drive was pretty good.

The second half was pretty not so good.

But we made it here safe and sound.

We had a very excited little girl when we got here tonight.

Well, they were all excited....but Elsie was EXTREMELY excited!

We didn't leave until about 2:30.

So we could have sent the kids to school, but they both wanted to just stay home.

Madi said she had already told all her friends that she wouldn't be there today, and she didn't want to look silly showing up.

She cracks me up (but only cause I am the same way!)

But we did leave the house pretty clean....and that is always nice to come home to.

So we have started our first summer adventure.

I am sure it will be great!
