Saturday November 2

We got to sleep in a bit.

Well, not dad.

He had his helicopter class.

I spent the morning getting the entry trim finished up.

It looks so great! 

I'm so glad it's all done......

Now for the rest of the house 😂😂😂😂

The boys hung out all morning making a hut out of logs and sticks.

Those boys sure have fun 

Speaking of fun, when I was getting ready to go for my run, I noticed a little fire pit over by their hut.

It looked nice and impressive with rocks around the pit and logs to sit on.

But still, boys....fire.... Not good!

I run out and start yelling for them and I'm like "did you guys make a fire" they are like ya, I yell that that was very much a bad idea!

They are like oh we are so sorry... Blah blah blah.

I'm ask how the made the fire, they tell me they used sticks.

I said "you made a for just using sticks?" 

Then they were like "and the blow torch."

THE BLOW TORCH!!!!

oh my goodness!!!!

So now I'm really mad and yelling and I'm saying how did they think this was a good idea...yada yada yada.

Max and Graham stay back by the bridge, but Port comes closer to me because he is feeling guilt like no other, crying and feeling so bad.

As he gets closer I noticed that his eyelashes, eyebrows and the front of his hair is all singed!!!!!

Oh my goodness!!!!

This could have been so bad!!!

Anyway, we talked.

New rule, DON'T BE DUMB!!!!!!!!!!

Pray for me and these boys as they grow into teenagers!!!!

This evening we went out to dinner and a movie with the Halls.

We went to Kahootz for dinner and my meal was amazing!!!

Then we went and saw Harriett.

It was such a great movie!

Now bedtime.... With an extra hour of sleep tonight!
