Tuesday September 3

I got up early and actually went running before Elsie left for school.

I woke Madi up to get her to the bus stop.

Brent and I were gonna go to breakfast with Alesha and Steven, so I wanted to get my run done before.

Well, we got Porter off to school and then I got a text from Alesha cancelling because of sick kiddos.

So While Dad went to the gym, I sewed a few stitches in Madi's quilt.

I also did a bunch of laundry.

And I worked through some emails and texts.

Madi and Kara had lunch and hung out today.

I am so excited for them to be able to hang out every day :)

So then I left to go to lunch with some friends for Sherrie's birthday (which is tomorrow).

I was there for a few hours and that was fun.

Oh man, I am gonna miss her and Everly so much :(

So then back at home, Dad and I got started on some fruit leather.

Cinnamon pear!

Yum!

We made some dinner.

Stacia and Kyra stopped by to check out Elsie's new bed.

She is so excited about it all!

Port had football practice tonight.

We had Cassi take him on her way to watch the Rugby game.

Madi had Janie and Courtney over tonight.

And we had a nice evening.

Porter did throw up right before going to bed.

Billy took him to Wendy's after football and then he had more ice cream here at home.

So I don't know if eating all that junk after being overheated at football made him feel lousy, so if he caught a bug.

Let's hope he was just overheated!
