Friday August 2

I got my long run done today.

I misjudged again...

I didn't want to come back the same direction, so I thought I had a rough figured out.

But I ended up running 11.18 miles instead of 10. 

It was good though.

I had to push really hard at the end because I needed to get home to take Cassi to the Dr.

I made it home and we rushed to the Dr office.

Things as looking good with Cass.

She still isn't getting as much bend as they would like to see.

But things are moving forward.

Well then we got home and finished getting the house ready for our weekend guests 😊

They all got here around 3.

We chatted and then there was some karaoke!

 We had hamburgers for dinner.

Then we borrowed the Morgan's pool for some swim time.

It was a lot of fun.

Tomorrow will be a fun time!

It's supposed to be great weather and hopefully all goes smooth!
