I ran a good 10 miles today!

I planned to run 8, but that changed.

I wanted to see how long I could go without stopping.

I got to 4 miles, then I turned to go back the same way I came, but this time I was going right in the wind....the strong wind.

After a couple miles I decided to turn left to kind of go sideways in the wind, making it not as bad.

Then I went a mile and turned back into the wind to head for home.

I figured the mileage would be 9 if I kept going that way....and I am a bit OCD sometimes when it comes to "acceptable" miles :)

I can't end on 9!!!!

So I turned left to add another mile on and ended at 10.

It really did feel good.

Tomorrow might be different :)

I got home and Dad was working on the house.

He woke up with a migraine :(

But he laid back down for a while and it kind of passed.

it has been a while since he has had one of those.

They are not fun!

So I got the back window trim painted.

Then I had to leave for a YW meeting.

Cassi has been good today.

This evening after I took the little ones to piano and Porter to football, I washed Cassi's hair.

It worked out pretty well.

Poor girl...she's a trooper.
