Monday June 18 (add rain pictures)

Took Cassi to PT this morning.

Elsie had a play date at Lucia's and we brought Gus back here.

There was a fight between Porter and Max, but that was solved with Dad shooting rockets :)

They shot a few and Justin came over with his kiddos for a bit.
We were supposed to get cows today, but now it looks like it is happening tomorrow.
Fingers crossed!

I went for a mid day run....and was almost killed by a mama duck!!!!

I am not lying!!!!

It was terrifying!

Usually the mama ducks hang back and quack and make sure her babies are ahead of her.....

I slowed down so they could get further ahead, and then she turned and booked it towards me!!!!

I was running backwards for at least 30 feet, not daring to turn around, and trying to run backwards while throwing a kick at her every so often to try and keep her off!

That is when the thought came to me, I need to record this because no one will believe me!!!!!

And that's when she backed off.

Then my adrenaline was sky high!!!!!!!!!

I ran pretty fast for a bit, first of all to get as far from her as possible!

But also to run off that adrenaline!

I hate that feeling!

ANYWAY!

Dad worked on sand-blasting Bubbles deck railing.

We got a beautiful rain storm.

Then this evening I picked up Jenni.

She flew in from California because she has been having tooth problems.

So she is being seen by her endodontist here.

So she will be staying with us here for a little bit.

It is fun getting to spend a little bit of time with her :)
