Monday February 5

It was quite a busy day.
But it started with an awesome run outside this morning!
The weather has been amazing and I needed to take advantage of it and run outside!!!!
Then a quick shower and Dad and I went to my surgery pre-op meeting.
Got a lot of info....but still feel quite clueless and hopeful this will do that trick!
Then we made a run to Dad's dr appt.
And he took me to lunch after that.
I needed to get my blood drawn, so that's what we did next.
Before heading home, we stopped at Walmart to take the prescriptions to be filled......oh how I am learning to HATE pills more than I already did!!!!!
I also grabbed a little special gift for a girl in YW.
I have been making a major effort to listen when I am prompted and to act ASAP.
This sweet girl is having a hard time and I felt like I could be of help.
I hope it lifted her in some way.
It is funny....as I have been listening better to the promptings I get, I have been getting more and more.
And I have noticed some to be very small and insignificant.
But I like to think of those little promptings as little tiny tests....
Little tests that I listen too to show that I will listen to the big ones too.
And I feel like I have gotten some quite big ones so far.
Which I am so grateful for.
I plan to keep on listening.
Well, then we got home, and Dad started working on the Bathroom pipes.
He switched some pipes out and take a look at what the old ones look like.
That is pretty dang bad!
Gross!!!!!
While he worked on the bathroom, I took Elsie to PT.
She hasn't gone for a long time because of her foot, but she worked hard today and did a good job.
When we got home, we had family dinner and FHE.
Then Madi left for a birthday party for a friend.
After putting the kids to bed I walked by Cassi's room and caught a great little view....and I had to snap a picture :)
