Yay!

Another thing checked off my list!!!!!!

But first, I worked in the office this morning.

Then I helped in art smart for Porter's class.

Got home and had lunch with Dad and then he came with me to go set up for the YW/YM activity.

We got that set up and then went to the store to get Cinnamon rolls for tonight and also get the Christmas dinner stuff that he is taking to the station for his next shift.

Got home and then it was time for scouts and family dinner (dad cooked us chicken cordon bleu!)

I left early to get to the church to make copies and get the rest of the stuff set up.

Then the activity started.

We had 9 tables et up with supplies for the houses.

The kids had to do some kind of service at each table to get the supplies to decorate.

We tied a fleece blanket to donate, we wrote letters to he missionaries, gave a sincere compliment to someone, wrapped kids gifts for a mom in the ward, etc.

I had lots of kids come and tell me they had fun, and I don't always get that, so I think it went over well.

We also did a raffle at the end and kids got to take them home :)

It was a fun night!!!!
