Today was Wagon's Ho for the 4th grader and it was not the best weather for it!
I was very impressed with the good attitudes of the kids!
I heard more complaining from the adults than any kids!
It is a fun day, full day, filled with pioneer activities.
Brent and I helped in the morning.
He was in charge of the fire and helping kids to make their own brands.
Then I took a picture of them with their branded cardboard.
Elsie has been so excited for this!
She came home with a leather buffalo imprinted key-chain (that she stamped herself), a button she made herself out of wood, a pioneer cookbook, and lots of other fun things!
It was a very good, WET, day!
There was about an hour in the morning I had to take Cassi to the dermatologist, but that was before they started rotations for the kids, so I didn't miss much.
We are gonna try a different treatment then we have been on the warts.
We will see how it goes....she just wants them gone.
But we might just have to wait it out......
Ariel and Nate and their little family stopped by this evening on their way to Oregon.
We all went to our neighbors house for a little birthday party for Trent.
It was a fun time.
Now the Fox family has a long trip ahead of them tomorrow!
So do we, but not as long as them :)
