Not a very crazy day.

We got more done in the food storage room.

Also made some changes (and will make some changes) in the laundry room.

We took a shelf unit from in there to put in the food storage room, so now I have some good space for a sorting table.

I think it will be nice.

I have fun plans :)

I also did some cleaning.....

Mom's and dads bathroom cleaning and bedroom cleaning.

Kitchen too, but that gets messed up so fast, I don;t even know why I try.

Dad got some pieces of wood cut for me to put on the side of the cupboard by the sink.

I am excited about that too.

I am hoping to get primer on those cupboards soon!!!!!!

Then we got a storm rolling in.

The plan for YW tonight was to go to the temple.

We had two sessions.

I was in the earlier session.....when the snow was coming down and wind was blowing and lots of cars backed up and wrecks on the freeway.

I HATE driving in this weather.....

And the rest of the leaders were worried about it too.

It is one thing to send your kid to mutual in bad weather, but it is totally different for the leader to be in charge of the lives of the girls as they drive in bad weather they are not comfortable with.

It was not cancelled......but it was left up to us to decide for ourselves what we would do.

At one point I texted that I would go, because the other drivers in my group were not going.

As soon as I texted that I would go, I got so sick to my stomach.

I knew I did not feel comfortable driving a carload of girls on the freeway.

Yes, I agree, I think there are plenty of people who could have done it and been just fine.....

But that sick feeling in my stomach, I just couldn't ignore.

So I didn't go.

Most of the girls in our group chose to stay home too.

But I still feel bad about not going.

But I shouldn't feel bad when it just didn't feel like I should go.

The girls and I were sad not to go.

But Dad told the girls we would make a special trip just ourselves.

Anyway....I still just feel so bad.

The rest of the night we had dinner and did homework.

Cassi wanted so badly to get to bed early....she has been so good at getting up early to work out with me!

So the bedtime process got started way earlier than usual!

Which is great, because I am exhausted too!!!!!
