Friday December 23

Today we took the kids to the store to buy gifts for each other.

Normally we go to the dollar store.....

But with the kids getting older we thought maybe we should up the amount and take them to Walmart to buy something actually useful :)

So we headed to Walmart.

It is always so fun for me to see what the kids pick out for each other.

They are thoughtful and really try to get something they would really like.

It makes my Mama heart happy :)

Then we came home and the kids wrapped them up and put them under the tree.

The rest of the day I spent wrapping presents.

Okay, not all day....but I was in my room for quite a while.

Avery came over and she, Cassi and Port played in the snow for quite a while.

Madi babysat for the Dastrups while they went to a movie with their big kids.

Dad and Porter went grocery shopping for me.....for the Christmas Eve and Christmas dinner stuff.

Dad and I were going to do it this evening, but then we decided we wanted to watch a movie as a family, so he went shopping while I finished up the presents.

He said it was a mad house!!!!

I am sure it was!

So this evening we watched 'Christmas Vacation' on VidAngel.

Love VidAngel!!!!!

I can't believe tomorrow is Christmas Eve!!!!!

We have a fun day planned tomorrow hanging with the Young crew!
