Wednesday April 6

So I woke up not feeling so well again.....

But I needed to call to get an appt for Cass to go see the doc.

The little bump in her groin area, that she has had on several occasions, is back and even bigger.

I got her in for an appt but didn't have time to shower beforehand.

But it was no big deal, just a quick dr visit and back home.

But after the dr appt, they wanted to set her up for an ultrasound on the area.

But that wasn't for about 45 minutes.

Not enough time to go home and get to the appt on time.

And we weren't sure if she was able to eat or not for the imaging....

So we did some quick shopping at hobby lobby and target :)

After the ultrasound, I took her to eat at Costa Vida, yummy!

It was fun having that one on one time with her.

They did tell her to skip track though.....and skipping today doesn't give her enough days to participate in the track meet this Friday......

But I am wondering if she is even going to be able to continue with track anyway.

We will see.

After lunch I took her back to school and got back home about 2.

Whew....that was a long day!
And I was un-showered the whole time.......

The kids started coming home and just before dinner I got a call from the dr office.

They said that the imaging shows it is an atypical lymph node and that she is referring to a surgeon for further testing.

So we wait :(

Tonight we all went to YW, since dad is at work.

We are doing a camp fundraiser along with the ward talent show in a week and a half.

It is a last minute thing really.....

We had a different fundraiser planned, but it wasn't something that would make much money.

I am excited about what we have planned for the auction though.

So for YW tonight, we made auction paddles!
