Saturday December 12

It was a pretty fun day today.

We started the day off with our ward Christmas breakfast.

Lots of fun.

After we ate they had three different rooms with activities.

One room you 'Sang like an Angel', Cassi helped with the Beehives in that room.

Another room was 'Dress like a shephard'.

They dressed up and acted out the Nativity.

Very cute :)

And the other room, I can;t remember the name they had for it.

But it was the service room.

Madi helped in there with the other Miamaids.

We made cards to take to a nursing home, or the missionaries.

Or to anyone you wanted to write a card to.

They also had a giving tree in that room too.

It was a fun morning.

We got home and got to work on getting the lights ready to go on the house.

The new lights we got had different colors than the old ones.

And I never liked blue, pink and orange on the Christmas lights anyway.....

So we switched them all out for red, green, white and clear :)

I think it is fantastic and very very merry!

Plus, now we have BSU lights for game days with all the extras!!!!!

We got some other stuff done in the house.

I got some garland up on the stair rails.

Then we put the lights up and while we were out there, we got some leaves picked up.

It was a big job....there were a lot of leaves!

Then Mom and Dad went out on a date.

Dinner and Christmas shopping.

Fun time!

I think we are all ready for Christmas here!

Mostly.....
